POLICÍAS DE PACHITEA NO ACTÚAN PARA CAPTURAR A UN PRÓFUGO DE LA JUSTICIA

Tras una dura batalla dan orden de captura al ex prontuariado, Percy Gercis Reyes Palacios, con DNI N° 22516216, fue el agresor que ataco salvajemente con un palo de béisbol  al empresario mayorista de papas German Oscanoa, quien se salvó de milagro, tras 18 horas de intervención quirúrgica al cerebro, ya que su pronóstico fue reservado y según los médicos sobrevivió de milagro y hoy se recupera lentamente. Pero su pesadilla no termina ahí ya que vendió su casa y su camión para solventar sus gastos de operación y tratamiento para su recuperación.

Sin embargo el delincuente esta con orden de captura y en complicidad de los policías de Pachitea y en Huánuco anda suelto sin que se logre capturar, evadiendo su responsabilidad y la ley es favorable a quien ha delinquido de la forma ruin y cruel, atacando a un padre de familia ejemplar quien hoy pide justicia y la captura de este miserable sujeto, llamado Percy Gercis Reyes Palacios.

El ministerio del interior debe tomar las medidas correspondientes pidiéndoles a los jefes policiales de Huánuco y de Pachitea, el por qué no capturan, a dicho sujeto ya que anda suelto a vista y paciencia de las autoridades y estos solo brindan un saludo a la bandera arrodillándose ante los que trasgreden la ley.

Si se desea la gran transformación llego el momento de combatir al crimen organizado y que ningún delincuente se salga con las suyas orden de un  presidente nacionalista.

TERREMOTO MUNDIAL CAUSARÍA EL INDULTO A FUJIMORI

Keiko Fujimori, la hija del expresidente de Perú, Alberto Fujimori, y excandidata a la presidencia peruana, informó ayer que solicitarán al gobierno de Ollanta Humala el indulto humanitario de su padre, el exmandatario que está sentenciado a 25 años por delitos de lesa humanidad, secuestro agravado y corrupción. «Por pedido de sus cuatro hijos, y a pedido de muchísimas personas, incluso que van más allá del fujimorismo, se ha tomado la decisión de que en los próximos días se presentará el pedido de indulto por razones humanitarias para mi padre», expresó Keiko Fujimori en la puerta de la Clínica San Felipe de Lima, donde hoy será dado de alta el reo y ex mandatario de 74 años.

En abril de 2007, Alberto Fujimori —que gobernó entre 1990 y 2000— fue condenado a 25 años por ser «autor mediato» en la creación y prohijamiento del grupo Colina, que se creó dentro del ejército y que realizó asesinatos extrajudiciales en las matanzas de Barrios Altos y la Universidad La Cantuta. También fue condenado por corrupción y por el secuestro agravado del periodista Gustavo Gorriti y el empresario, Samuel Dyer.

Al respecto, la investigadora del WOLA y de la Universidad George Mason, Jo-Marie Burt aseguró a ABC que «la ley peruana es clara. No se puede aplicar el indulto a quien fuera condenado por secuestro agravado, como es el caso del expresidente Fujimori». «La comunidad de derechos humanos en el Peru ha señalado que si hay evidencias claras y creíbles de enfermedad terminal, únicamente en este caso se podría aplicar el indulto humanitario. De no ser así —si se aplicara el indulto para Fuijmori por cálculo político, como parece ser el caso en la actualidad— seria rechazado a nivel internacional, no cabe la menor duda», concluyó.

Otro óbice que el presidente Ollanta Humala tomará en cuenta para otorgar el indulto al preso exmandatario es el Nobel de Literatura, Mario Vargas Llosa; quien es un defensor a ultranza de los derechos humanos y es un enemigo jurado de Alberto Fujimori, desde que realizó el «autogolpe», el 5 de abril de 1992.
